AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF FUNDS FROM THE DRUG ASSETS FORFEITURE REVOLVING ACCOUNT FOR DRUG TREATMENT BEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 54-36i of the general statutes be amended to permit the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to use funds from the drug assets forfeiture revolving account to provide inpatient services in drug treatment facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding from the drug assets forfeiture revolving account for drug treatment beds.
