| 28 | 28 | That notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (d) of section 10-286 of the general statutes or any regulation adopted by the State Board of Education or the Department of Administrative Services pursuant to said section 10-286 requiring all change orders or other change directives issued on or after July 1, 2008, to be submitted not later than six months after the date of such issuance, the town of East Hampton may submit change orders issued after such six-month time limit for the project at East Hampton High School (Project Number 042-0041 RNV/EA) for reimbursement of eligible costs from the state, provided change orders are submitted on or before January 1, 2018, have been reviewed and approved by the Department of Administrative Services. | |
