2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE TIMING OF PARENTAL NOTIFICATION FOR A SECURITY BREACH OF STUDENT DATA.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 10-234dd of the general statutes be amended to require local and regional boards of education to notify the parents or guardians of students that a breach of security has occurred not later than two business days after such board of education receives notice of such breach of security.
