| 28 | 28 | That section 9-192a of the general statutes be amended to prescribe (1) training procedures for registrars of voters detailing the differences between motor vehicle operator's licenses that may be used for voting purposes and those that may not, (2) suitable materials to accompany such training procedures, and (3) the presentation of such procedures and materials at each conference called by the Secretary of the State for the purposes of discussing election laws. | |
