AN ACT ESTABLISHING "PATRIOTS' DAY".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-29a of the general statutes be amended to designate the third Monday in April as "Patriots' Day" to commemorate the anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord during the American Revolutionary War.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish Patriots' Day to commemorate the first battles of the American Revolutionary War.
