AN ACT LIMITING THE NUMBER OF DEPUTY COMMISSIONERS IN STATE AGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-8 of the general statutes be amended to limit each state agency to only one deputy commissioner.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate duplicative service and provide cost savings to the state.
