| 16 | 28 | Section 1. Subsections (c) and (d) of section 9-19j of the general statutes are repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage): | |

| 18 | 30 | (c) (1) The registrars of voters shall designate a location for the completion and processing of election day registration applications on election day, [provided] except that when the registrars fail to agree on the designation of such a location, the town clerk shall make such designation. At any such location designated by the registrars of voters or the town clerk, as the case may be, the registrars of voters shall have access to the state-wide centralized voter registration system.
