AN ACT PERMITTING ADVANCE RENTAL PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 831 of the general statutes be amended to permit tenants to make advance rental payments to their landlords.
Statement of Purpose:
To make rental payments more convenient for tenants.
