AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO ADDRESS BARRIERS FACED BY SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study the elimination or reduction of administrative and financial burdens on state residents who are senior citizens so that they can afford to remain in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the lives of state residents who are senior citizens by reducing or eliminating administrative and financial burdens on their ability to afford to live in the state.
