2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 959a of the general statutes be amended to require a law enforcement agency to obtain a proper warrant prior to conducting any cellular telephone surveillance by means of a device that simulates a cellular telephone tower and intercepts a cellular telephone location unless there is a threat of imminent harm or risk of life.
