AN ACT CONCERNING INFLATION AND THE PREVAILING WAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to index the prevailing wage thresholds for all municipal construction projects to the inflation rate so that the thresholds may be adjusted annually.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that the threshold for prevailing wage laws keeps pace with inflation in the future.
