AN ACT PROHIBITING PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS FROM PRESCRIBING OPIOIDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit primary care physicians from prescribing opioids.
Statement of Purpose:
To help prevent the overprescribing of opioids.
