AN ACT CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF REMOVABLE WINDSHIELD PLACARDS THAT MAY BE ISSUED TO PERSONS WHO ARE BLIND AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-253a of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to issue two removable windshield placards to an applicant who owns two motor vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit a blind person or person with disabilities to obtain two removable windshield placards if such person owns two motor vehicles.
