AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM INCORPORATION FEES SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 33 of the general statutes be amended to exempt service organizations that support veterans and members of the armed forces from paying fees associated with incorporating.
Statement of Purpose:
To waive fees associated with incorporation for service organizations that support veterans and members of the armed forces.
