AN ACT HALVING GRANTS FROM THE CITIZENS' ELECTION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-705 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the amount of grants awarded under the Citizens' Election Program by half.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce by half the amount of grants awarded to candidates participating in the Citizens' Election Program.
