AN ACT CONCERNING AN INVESTIGATION OF POLICIES REGARDING TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS AND PARENTAL NEGLECT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to investigate the practices of the Department of Children and Families regarding termination of parental rights and determinations of parental neglect.
Statement of Purpose:
To determine the efficacy of policies concerning termination of parental rights and determinations of parental neglect.
