AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ENERGY COOPERATIVES AND NONMEMBER MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC UTILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 101a of the general statutes be amended to require municipal electric energy cooperatives that provide services to nonmember municipal electric utilities to provide detailed disclosure and itemization of all expenses for which the municipal electric utilities will be responsible.
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipal electric energy cooperatives to disclose information to nonmember municipal electric utilities to which they provide services.
