AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF REDUCING THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Revenue Services shall study the effects of reducing the personal income tax rates and shall submit a report of the findings of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Revenue Services to study the effects of reducing the personal income tax rates.
