2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 9-621 of the general statutes be amended to require any candidate receiving a grant from the Citizens' Election Fund, and who uses any portion of such grant for any political communication, to disclose that such communication was paid for, in part, by public funds.
