AN ACT CONCERNING INMATE MEDICAL COPAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Correction to increase inmate medical copays.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase inmate medical copays.
