AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY EXPANDING THE RIGHTS OF ADOPTIVE PARENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 45a of the general statutes be amended to create a task force to study granting additional rights to adoptive parents.
Statement of Purpose:
To strengthen the rights of adoptive parents.
