AN ACT CONCERNING DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING OF AN EMPLOYEE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 31-51x of the general statutes be amended to define "reasonable suspicion" required of an employer to test an employee for being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

Statement of Purpose: 

To define "reasonable suspicion" required of an employer to test an employee for drug or alcohol use.
