AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES OF JUVENILE MARIJUANA-RELATED INFRACTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require juvenile courts to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of marijuana-related infractions committed by juveniles for the purpose of license sanctions.
Statement of Purpose:
To notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of marijuana-related infractions committed by juveniles.
