AN ACT REQUIRING STATE EMPLOYEE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS TO BE APPROVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a vote by each chamber of the General Assembly on all collective bargaining agreements under chapter 68 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the legislature to vote on all union contracts.
