AN ACT REQUIRING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO VOTE ON ALL STATE EMPLOYEE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that the General Assembly vote to approve or reject all collective bargaining agreements and stipulations between the state and state employee organizations.
Statement of Purpose:
To require state employee collective bargaining agreements to be voted on by the legislature.
