| 28 | 28 | That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to permit local businesses to establish partnerships with technical high schools for the purpose of creating mentorship programs and donating equipment and supplies to such technical high schools. It is further proposed that the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit to such businesses that establish such partnerships. | |
