AN ACT CONCERNING CLEAN ENERGY SOLUTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state of Connecticut to phase in clean energy solutions whenever possible, including in purchasing and building, over the next five years.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement clean energy solutions.
