AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE PROVIDED BY THE SITING COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 277a of the general statutes be amended to require the Siting Council to provide notice when construction of a project has not been completed within three years of the Siting Council issuing a certificate of environmental compatibility and public need for the project or determining no such certificate was necessary, and whenever the scope or location of such a project changes.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Siting Council to provide notice when projects have not been completed within three years.
