AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID AND MEDICARE FRAUD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-99b of the general statutes be amended to require that a joint annual report on Medicaid fraud include available information on incidents of Medicare fraud in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that available information on Medicare fraud in the state be included in a joint annual report on Medicaid fraud.
