2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 17b-191 of the general statutes be amended to institute a five-year ban on any person convicted of a drug felony from receiving state-administered general assistance, provided such person's family members shall not be prevented from receiving such assistance.
