3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3232 That section 46a-33a of the general statutes be amended to assess the efficacy and accessibility of interpreting services for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing and to determine the need for improvements in the delivery of such services.
