2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require that any recipient of public assistance who is absent from the state for more than thirty days loses public assistance and that such absence establishes a rebuttable presumption of abandonment of Connecticut residency.
