AN ACT CONCERNING POSSESSION OF HEROIN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to provide that possession of heroin is a felony.
Statement of Purpose:
To reclassify heroin possession as a felony.
