AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO REVIEW AND EVALUATE THE STATE'S MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to review and evaluate the state's medical malpractice laws.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force that shall review and evaluate the state's medical malpractice laws.
