AN ACT CONCERNING THE SOUTHBURY TRAINING SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the closure of the Southbury Training School and the transfer of its residents to alternative appropriate care facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To close Southbury Training School and provide appropriate transfer and care to its residents.
