2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to authorize public venues, including, but not limited to, restaurants, youth organizations' sports facilities, theme parks, sports arenas and day care facilities, to stock and make available trained nonmedical staff to administer emergency epinephrine in cartridge injectors to individuals who are experiencing anaphylactic symptoms.
