AN ACT CONCERNING TOBACCO USE CESSATION PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require funds from the Tobacco Settlement Fund to be used for tobacco use cessation programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To help promote tobacco use cessation programs.
