2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 518a of the general statutes be amended to require any business firm, state agency or municipality that owns or controls a multi-line telephone system to configure such system so that a person initiating a 9-1-1 call can directly access the enhanced 9-1-1 service by dialing or otherwise accessing the three digits "9-1-1" without an additional code or digit.
