AN ACT CONCERNING AN ANALYSIS OF THE EDUCATION COST SHARING GRANT FORMULA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require an examination and analysis of the formula used for the equalization aid grants described in section 10-262h of the general statutes and to develop a new formula for such grants that is more equitable.
Statement of Purpose:
To review and analyze the education cost sharing formula and to develop a new formula that is more equitable.
