AN ACT PROHIBITING ROLLING COAL IN DIESEL VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the intentional blowing of black smoke through one or more exhaust pipes attached to a diesel engine for the purpose of harassing or obstructing the view another driver, bicyclist or pedestrian. Furthermore, to provide fines and criminal penalties for any person who violates such prohibition.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit rolling coal in diesel vehicles.
