AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL REVALUATION DEADLINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to reduce or extend their revaluation periods by a maximum of two years.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to reduce or extend their revaluation periods by a maximum of two years.
