28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, in conjunction with the Department of Veterans' Affairs, to increase state resources to better identify through screening programs the mental health needs of the state's active duty soldiers and veterans and to provide increased assistance where needed. | |
