AN ACT AUTHORIZING SEPARATE LIVING AREAS IN MUNICIPAL PUBLIC HOUSING FOR ELDERLY PERSONS AND YOUNGER PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to authorize separate living areas in municipal public housing for elderly persons and younger persons with disabilities notwithstanding the provisions of section 46a-64c of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety of elderly persons and younger persons with disabilities living in public housing.
