AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the penalties for crimes committed against children.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for crimes committed against children.
