AN ACT CONCERNING A JOB CREATION INITIATIVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to establish a job creation initiative that would track and retain a high-quality workforce using return-on-investment strategies.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a jobs initiative to attract and retain a quality workforce.
