AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANIMAL ABUSER REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the establishment of an animal abuser registry.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an animal abuser registry.
