AN ACT CONCERNING PHOSPHOROUS REMOVAL STANDARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a removal standard for phosphorous at ninety per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent phosphorous removal requirements from exceeding ninety per cent.
