AN ACT CONCERNING TAX CREDITS FOR ENERGY USE FOR CERTAIN BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit for energy use for businesses that maintain a level of staffing customary in their industry.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide energy incentives for certain businesses.
