AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATORY PROCESS IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to create a new regulatory framework in the state and to reduce and streamline agency regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To reform the regulatory process in the state.
