AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPALITIES AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities that have made good faith efforts to develop specific areas in such municipalities the ability to prohibit new affordable housing in such areas, provided such good faith efforts were made prior to any application for such affordable housing.
Statement of Purpose:
